Do I have to order a Therapy?
Our Therapies are the best way to experience the Hen + Hale difference. While we recommend purchasing a Therapy for the optimal skin care results, you can also purchase products a la cart. Many customers enjoy purchasing a package and adding on individual items a la cart for an even more robust experience.
What should I do if I’m not sure which package to purchase?
We know it can be hard to determine which package is the right fit. We’d love to help make a personalized recommendation. Email us at doctor@henandhale.com and our experts will guide you through the process.
What’s included in my Therapy?
The products included in a Therapy are listed on the respective product description pages for each Therapy.
Can I sample your products before purchasing?
If you’re not yet ready to commit to our products, email us at support@henandhale.com and we’ll help to make sure that you feel comfortable with our product before making a purchase.
Are your products safe for pregnant women?
If you are pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor prior to use of any Hen + Hale products to ensure you're keeping your baby happy and healthy. That said, several of our products are considered safe, including Clarifying Foam, Antioxidant Gel Polish, Ultra Gentle Foam, Hyaluronic Concentrate, Hyaluronic Moisturizer and Lip Rehab. P.S. If you are a mom-to-be...keep an eye out for our release of new and targeted Therapies that are 100% pregnancy-safe, coming soon!
Do your products include Parabens?
No! None of our products include Parabens. In fact, you can count on all Hen + Hale products to be free of: Fragrance (including limonene and linalool), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Propylene Glycol and Kathon (both methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone). Did we also mention that none of our products are tested on animals?
Do your products include PEGs?
The majority of our products are PEG-free, and you can see on the product description page which products are PEG free. For the few products that do include PEGs, we are always looking for ways to improve our products and processes and remove them from the ingredients list. Add yourself to our newsletter and stay tuned for new product launches and updates to existing products.
ORDER SATISFACTION
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your packages will be delivered within 1-5 business days of your purchase date.
How will my Hen + Hale products arrive?
The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS. We fulfill orders within 1-2 days of purchase, and you should expect your order to arrive within 9 business days. Your order confirmation email will include a tracking link, informing you of the shipping carrier so you know exactly who is delivering the package and when it's due to arrive!
What if I need to change the address on my recent order?
If you need to change the shipping address on a recent order, please email us at orders@henandhale.com with the complete correct adjusted address, and we’ll do our best to modify the order. Please note that once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee adjustments but we’ll certainly do our best.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we only offer shipping within the domestic United States. We are looking to expand internationally, so if you’re interested in purchasing our products but live outside of the U.S., please email us at support@henandhale.com and we’ll notify you once international shipping is supported.
What happens if I'm not happy with my products?
We’re confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products, and because of that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that covers your orders within 14 days of purchase. If, for whatever reason, you’re not satisfied with our products, please email orders@henandhale.com with the order number, and the products you’re not satisfied with, and we’ll work to make things right.
What's your return policy?
We believe in the quality of our products and they have been successfully used by hundreds of customers. If, however, you are not satisfied with our products, they are refundable within 14 days of purchase, or returnable for store credit within 30 days. Please email us at orders@henandhale.com with your name, the order number, and feedback on your experience / why you’re dissatisfied and we’ll issue a refund. Kindly note that we do not cover shipping costs on returned items.
Are your products available for purchase beyond your website?
Our products are sold exclusively through our website. At this time there are no other authorized sellers, so if you do find the product for sale on other websites or brick & mortar stores, we cannot verify its origins and quality. As a result, we are unable to provide help or refunds for our products not purchased through this website.
