SHIPPING 

Shipping is free on all orders, and is delivered via the US Postal Service.

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days, and will be delivered within 7 business days to most locations within the U.S. (barring any notable delays in the US Postal Service). 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We're sorry you weren't thrilled with your Hen + Hale purchase! We believe in the quality of our products and they have been successfully used by hundreds of customers.

If, however, you are not satisfied with our products, they are returnable for a refund within 14 days of purchase, or for store credit within 30 days. Please email us at orders@henandhale.com with your name, order number, and feedback on your experience / why you’re dissatisfied and we’ll issue the refund or store credit. Kindly note that we do not cover shipping costs on returned items.
